Caratteristiche principali
- Lievitazione naturale: processo lento e paziente di lievitazione naturale della pasta madre che dura trentasei ore, garantendo una consistenza soffice e un aroma intenso.
- Ingredienti selezionati: la colomba è preparata con farina di grano tenero, gocce di cioccolato, miele di Sicilia e bacche di vaniglia. Può contenere tracce di frutta secca a guscio.
- Glassa croccante: la superficie è ricoperta da una glassa al cacao e zucchero in granella, che aggiunge una piacevole croccantezza ad ogni morso.
