Colomba: Farina di grano tenero tipo 00, burro di latteria (16%), cioccolato di Modica IGP alle nocciole 12% min. (pasta di cacao 55%, zucchero, nocciole 5% min.), zucchero, tuorlo di uova categoria A fresche pastorizzate, lievito madre liofilizzato, emulsionante: E471, sale, latte scremato in polvere, destrosio, vanillina, aromi.
Guarnizione cioccolato fondente (10% min.): Pasta di cacao, zucchero, burro di cacao, emulsionante: lecitina di girasole, aroma naturale di vaniglia, cacao 43% min. Granella di nocciole (1,5%).
Crema alle nocciole in sac à poche: Zucchero, oli e grassi vegetali non idrogenati (oli: girasole, grassi: palma), nocciole (12%), latte scremato in polvere, cacao magro in polvere, emulsionante (E322 lecitina di girasole), aroma.
