Chocolate and orange meet naturally in Sicily.
Here, Fiasconaro starts with a soft cocoa dough, dark and well-aerated, and enriches it with candied Sicilian orange and chocolate drops. The result plays on contrast: the depth of cocoa on one side, the bright citrus note of orange on the other.
The surface remains unglazed and retains the traditional cross scoring. It is housed in a cylindrical Dolce & Gabbana tin with raised gold details, designed to remain even after the panettone is finished.

Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs 11%, candied orange peel 9.5% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), chocolate drops 9.5% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), fresh egg yolk 5.5%, natural leavening starter (wheat flour, yeast), low-fat cocoa powder 2%, honey 1%, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavors, vanilla.
