Il Cioccolato di Modica IGP alle Bacche di Goji di Antica Dolceria Rizza unisce la tradizione del cioccolato modicano alla nota fruttata e leggermente acidula delle bacche di goji.
La lavorazione tipica del Cioccolato di Modica IGP, a basse temperature e senza concaggio, dona alla tavoletta la sua caratteristica consistenza granulosa. I cristalli di zucchero restano percepibili al palato e creano un contrasto piacevole con l’intensità del cacao.
Caratteristiche chiave
- Cioccolato di Modica IGP: prodotto secondo la tradizione modicana, con consistenza ruvida e cristalli di zucchero evidenti.
- Con bacche di goji: una nota fruttata che aggiunge personalità al gusto intenso del cacao.
- Cacao minimo 50%: profilo aromatico deciso, ideale per chi ama il cioccolato dal carattere pieno.

Ingredienti
Massa di cacao, zucchero, bacche di goji 1%. Cacao minimo 50%.
