Il Cioccolato di Modica IGP alla Vaniglia, prodotto dall'Antica Dolceria Rizza, è una prelibatezza siciliana che unisce la tradizione del cioccolato modicano con l'aroma delicato della vaniglia. Questo cioccolato si distingue per la sua lavorazione artigianale e l'uso di ingredienti selezionati.
Caratteristiche principali
- Ingredienti: Massa di cacao, zucchero, vaniglia naturale.
- Processo produttivo: Lavorazione a basse temperature senza concaggio né temperaggio, preservando le caratteristiche organolettiche del cacao e conferendo al prodotto una texture granulosa.
- Caratteristiche organolettiche: Colore marrone scuro con riflessi bruni, consistenza rustica e granulosa grazie ai cristalli di zucchero non completamente sciolti, sapore intenso di cacao arricchito da note aromatiche di vaniglia.
