Rosso di Sicilia Sun-Dried Tomato Capuliato is a simple, intensely flavoured Sicilian speciality made with 69% chopped sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower oil and salt. Ready to use, it is ideal for pasta, bruschetta, focaccia, sandwiches and Mediterranean dishes.
