The Sesame Seed Burger Bun is a professional hamburger bun with a classic sesame seed topping. It is handcrafted in Sicily and designed for burger restaurants, restaurants, food trucks, catering and HoReCa venues seeking a soft, recognisable bun that is easy to manage.
The sesame seed surface gives it a traditional, appetising appearance, while the soft crumb holds up well with meat, cheese, grilled vegetables, sauces and rich fillings.

Suggested use
Ideal for classic cheeseburgers, smash burgers, pulled pork, sliders and gourmet creations. For best results, warm on a griddle, under a salamander grill or in an oven for 30–60 seconds before serving.

Flour from wheat type 00, water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, thickeners: sorbitols, sugar, salt, milk powder (whole), stabiliser: guar seed flour, natural yeast, sesame seeds (0,1%), malt flour (flour made from wheat diastatic).
Allergens
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk and milk products, sesame seeds.
May contain traces of: nuts, celery, mustard, soy and derived products.
