The Sunflower Seed Burger Bun is a professional hamburger bun with a sunflower seed topping. It is handcrafted in Sicily and designed for burger restaurants, bistros, catering, food trucks and HoReCa venues wishing to offer a bun with a rustic, natural appearance.
Its soft, even structure makes it suitable for meat burgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, grilled vegetables, cheese and creamy sauces.

Suggested use
Ideal for rustic burgers, chicken burgers, vegetarian sandwiches, aperitifs and finger food. For best results, warm on a griddle, under a salamander grill or in an oven for 30–60 seconds.

Flour from wheat type 00, water, sunflower oil, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, extra virgin olive oil, thickeners: sorbitols, sugar, salt, milk powder (whole), stabiliser: guar seed flour, natural yeast, sunflower seeds, malt flour.
Allergens
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk and milk products.
May contain traces of: mustard, soy and derived products.
