Il Burger Bun ai Cereali e Mix di Semi è un pane per hamburger multicereale pensato per uso professionale in hamburgerie, ristoranti, bistrot, catering e food service. È prodotto artigianalmente in Sicilia e confezionato singolarmente in atmosfera modificata, per una gestione pratica delle scorte.
La superficie con mix di semi e la mollica soffice lo rendono adatto a burger gourmet, burger vegetariani, pulled meat, formaggi, verdure grigliate e panini dal profilo più rustico.

Ideale per burger gourmet, panini multicereale, burger vegetali, brunch salati e menu bistrot. Per una resa ottimale si consiglia il rinvenimento su piastra, salamandra o forno per 30–60 secondi.
