Sicilian Brioche with Tuppo, 70 g
The Sicilian brioche with tuppo is soft, fragrant and ready to serve with granita, gelato, spreads or preserves. Each brioche weighs 70 g and is individually packed in a protective modified-atmosphere capsule to help preserve its softness and aroma.

- 26 brioche: suitable for home use.
- 52 brioche: ideal for families, events and small businesses.
- 112 brioche: professional format for cafés, gelaterias, hotels, restaurants and HoReCa businesses.

How to serve
Serve at room temperature or warm gently. It is ideal with Sicilian granita and gelato, and can also be filled with spreads, preserves, cured meats or cheese.
Ingredients
Type “0” and “00” soft wheat flour, water, lard, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; fresh egg yolk, olive oil, salt, whole milk powder, natural yeast, flavourings, turmeric.
