The Russello Pasta Tasting Box is a selection of six shapes of Sicilian artisan pasta made with ancient Russello wheat. It is designed for anyone who wants to discover several pasta shapes in one box and prepare simple, authentic Mediterranean first courses.
Ancient Russello wheat pasta has good cooking resistance and a rough surface that is ideal for holding pesto, sauces and Sicilian condiments.
