Tumminello Manna and Orange Biscuits combine the citrus note of candied orange peel with the delicate sweetness of Sicilian manna. The GraniSì recipe uses type 1 soft wheat flour, Timilia durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs and extra virgin olive oil.

How to enjoy them

Sicilian type 1 soft wheat flour, raw cane sugar, durum wheat semolina, Timilia variety 16.3%, fresh eggs 10.2%, butter, extra virgin olive oil 6%, candied orange peel 3% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), potato starch, milk, manna flakes 1.5%, manna syrup 1% (water, manna 30%), natural flavourings, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate.
