Peluso 1964's Pistachio Shortcrust Biscuits Canestrini combine the flakiness of shortcrust pastry with the intense flavor of pistachio cream. They are simple and indulgent Sicilian sweets, perfect for accompanying coffee, tea, or a sweet break during the day.

How to enjoy them

Ingredients
Wheat flour 00, fully vegetable margarine (palm fats, sunflower oils), sugar, starch, pasteurized fresh eggs, butter, dextrose, milk proteins, raising agent (sodium acid carbonate, disodium diphosphate, wheat starch), salt, flavors. Pistachio cream filling 50% min. (sugar, vegetable oils and fats, pistachio 15%, skimmed milk powder 10%, cocoa butter, milk whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural flavor), roasted pistachio 0.5%.

Contains gluten, eggs, milk and pistachio. May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts.

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds
- Italy, general catalogue: free standard shipping from € 89,00; below this threshold, € 8,90.
- European Union, general catalogue: free standard shipping from € 149,00, excluding the Balearic Islands. Below this threshold, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.
- Balearic Islands: for the general catalogue, the rate for orders from € 149,00 is € 10,00; shipping is not free. For lower order values and dedicated options, check the cost at checkout.
- Brioche, buns, Bibite Bona and some made-to-order products may have their own shipping rates even above these thresholds. Wafers, cannoli and fragile products may require separate packaging or parcels.
- Orders over 50 kg and special packaging, such as gift baskets on pallets, have dedicated rates or quotations. Free shipping does not automatically apply to these shipments.

Couriers and packaging
Shipments are handled by express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane. Parcels are carefully sealed to protect the products during transport.
Sicilus favours environmentally friendly packaging and recycled materials to reduce its environmental impact.
