L’annata 2019 unisce intensità aromatica, dolcezza e una marcata freschezza, con un profilo complesso che lo rende ideale a fine pasto, nelle occasioni speciali o come vino da meditazione.

Profilo aromatico dell’annata 2019
Nel calice si presenta dorato con luminosi riflessi ambrati. Al naso emergono albicocca, scorza d’arancia candita e macchia mediterranea; al palato ritornano le note fruttate, accompagnate da erbe aromatiche e sfumature di miele. Il finale è intenso, sapido e persistente, sostenuto dall’equilibrio tra freschezza e dolcezza.

Ben Ryé nasce a Pantelleria, dove lo Zibibbo viene coltivato anche secondo la pratica dell’alberello pantesco, riconosciuta dall’UNESCO come Patrimonio Culturale Immateriale. Il nome Ben Ryé richiama il “figlio del vento”, un riferimento al vento che caratterizza l’isola e la sua viticoltura.
