L'Agrodolce di Cipolle Sicilì è una conserva siciliana dal gusto morbido, profondo e leggermente caramellato. È il classico vasetto che cambia subito il passo a un antipasto: ne basta un cucchiaino per dare carattere a formaggi, salumi, carni e crostini.
La ricetta valorizza le cipolle con zucchero di canna e aceto di vino rosso, creando un equilibrio piacevole tra dolcezza e acidità. Non è una salsa invadente: accompagna, arrotonda e aggiunge una nota gastronomica molto facile da usare.
