This Sicilian Cassata Panettone produced in Modica (RG) by the renowned Peluso confectionery company, sourdough is a product inspired by Cassata Siciliana, with the presence of a fruit salad and cream in with sac a poche with ricotta flavor.

citron peel, black cherries), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar,acidifier: citric acid) ; sugar, egg yolk category a fresh
pasteurized , freeze-dried sourdough , emulsifier : e471; salt, powdered lactescremate , dextrose, vanillin , flavorings.
Garnished with vanilla icing ( 10% min.)sugar, vegetable fat(palm kernel), skim milk powder [8%], lactose, emulsifier (E322
sunflower lecithin), flavoring, fruit salad 1.5%.May contain traces of: almonds, hazelnuts,walnuts, peanuts.

RICOTTA-FLAVORED CREAM INGREDIENTS

Sugar, vegetable oils and fats ( oils (sunflower), fats (palm, palm kernel)), cottage cheese
dehydrated (11%), skim milk powder (10%), whey din powder, lactose, emulsifier (e322 sunflower lecithin),
