Cultivar Pregiata:
The olives used to produce this superior quality oil come from the Nocellara Etnea (80 percent), Tonda Iblea (10 percent) and Moresca (10 percent) cultivars. These varieties, grown on the high hillside, result in an oil with a strong personality and distinctive flavor.
Manual Harvest:
