We at Sicily We are committed to bringing Sicily to your home in the best conditions. To ensure that every product arrives intact and fresh, our logistics are divided into three dedicated lines, each with specific packaging and shipping methods.

We work with the best express couriers (FedEx, DHL, GLS, BRT) and use sustainable and recycled packaging materials to reduce environmental impact without compromising the security of the package.

🕒 Processing and Delivery Times

Our team works daily to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Since we handle many artisanal excellences that arrive fresh from local producers, Preparation times may vary.

• • Order Management: We generally hand over the package to the courier within 2-4 business days from receipt of the order.

  • Fresh Products (e.g. Brioche): They are prepared and packaged only after your orderThis may take a few extra days, but it ensures that the product comes out of the oven fresh.

Average delivery times (excluding remote locations or peak periods) are:

• Italy: 48-72 hours

• Europe: 3-5 working days

Shipping costs to Italy vary depending on the product type to ensure the best possible service.

1. Standard Products (Pantry, Preserves, Pasta, Single Wines)

Shipping managed from the central warehouse.

• Orders up to €88.99: € 8,90

• Orders over €89.00: FREE

2. Beverages – "Safe-Pack" Line (Insured Glass)

Shipping with reinforced, break-proof packaging and insurance included.

• Up to 25 kg (approximately 1-2 crates): Reduced rate (calculated at checkout)

• 25.1 - 50 kg (Large orders): Multi-Colour Supplement

• Over 50 kg: Pallet Shipping

3. Sicilian Brioche – "Pastry" Line (Made to Order)

• Up to 27 kg (1 Box): Standard (or Free if total order > €89)

• Over 27 kg (2+ Boxes): Bulky Rate for double neck.

The weights indicated are volumetric.

🇪🇺 Shipping Rates - EUROPE (EU)

For international shipments, we offer several options based on the value and weight of your order.

Standard Products (Rates per Order Value)

Trackable shipments to 25 EU countries.

Special Products (Drinks and Brioches)

To ensure the integrity of products fragile (drinks) or voluminous (Brioche), international rates are calculated based on weight bands and include special "Export" packaging. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

🇨🇭 Shipping Rates - SWITZERLAND

Shipments to Switzerland include export customs clearance.

Why do I see multiple shipping costs in my cart?

If you purchase products from different categories (e.g. Pasta + Brioche + Drinks), the system may calculate combined shipping. This happens because the products are handled differently:

1. There Pasta requires standard packaging.

2. The Brioche they leave following ordering and preparation.

3. The Drinks with reinforced "Safe-Pack" packaging.

   You pay for the safety and freshness of every single package you receive.

Can I request an invoice?

Absolutely. Please include your complete billing information (VAT number and SDI/PEC email) in the order notes at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

Is the package a gift?

No problem. Our shipments do not contain visible prices inside the package. The receipt will only be available digitally in your customer area or via email.
