A soft and enveloping nougat, handcrafted in Castelbuono (PA) according to the ancient Sicilian tradition. Each stick combines the crunchiness of the Almonds of Sicily and the intense flavor of dark chocolate, for a contrast of taste that conquers the first taste. Slow processing guarantees a velvety consistency, in which honey and egg white merge perfectly, giving the nougat that characteristic softness that melts in the mouth.
