Gluten Free: All our products are 100% gluten free, therefore perfect for all our celiac customers.
Sugar and Honey: In all our products we use organic Indian cane sugar, adding only 8%. Furthermore, all our products contain approximately 30% honey, which helps to make the product sweet and soft.

storage: The recommended temperature for storage is 15/20 °C. In summer, we recommend keeping the product in the fridge and taking it out 15/20 minutes before serving it, so as to obtain the right consistency. Since our products do not contain unnatural preservatives, the consistency may vary depending on the storage temperature. This is due to the high percentage of honey and low percentage of sugar. Honey tends to crystallize at low temperatures and melt at high temperatures.
