Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens 11%, fresh egg yolk 5.9%, cocoa paste with Sicilian chocolate 5.2% (low-fat cocoa powder, sunflower oil, Sicilian chocolate 10% (cocoa mass, cane sugar, min.50% cocoa), cocoa paste, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, vanilla beans), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), lemon paste 3.5% (lemon zest, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), Sicilian honey, inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla, natural flavor, lemon essential oil. Insights
The Montenero is a reinterpretation of the first Fiasconaro panettone, the "Mannetto", and takes its name from the district that has seen the Fiasconaro generations grow. With its dark dough and imposing shape, it recalls “a' Muntagna”, the profiterole of Mario Fiasconaro, the founder of the company. A dessert that celebrates history, tradition, and Sicilian artisanal excellence.
