Ingredients for shortcrust pastry:

  • 250g of flour
  • 125g of cold butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt

Far ingredients:

  • 150g of Fiasconaro lemon jam
  • 2 untreated lemons

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
