The Treasury of the Valle is an extra virgin olive oil Dop Valdemone, produced with Olive Santagatese and Ogliarola Messina cultivated on the hills around Messina. In appearance with a bright golden yellow color, it has a delicate fruity with light herbaceous notes and a almond, tomato and thistle ending.

Tasting notes
A delicate fruity with herbaceous hints of Mediterranean scrub is released to the smell. On the palate it is round and harmonious, with light almond calls and fresh fruit, and a pleasant vegetable aftertaste of tomato and thistle.
