Our shipments are handled by the best express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane, to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Once the package has been carefully sealed, it will be shipped directly to your home. If the order is a gift, the tax receipt will be available in your customer area so that the surprise effect is not compromised.

If you need an invoice, enter the billing information in the order notes at the time of purchase.

• How can I return a product?

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 business days of the delivery date. Simply fill out the request form in your account, selecting "Returns" as the subject. Once your request has been approved by our customer service department, you can ship the product to the address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product meets the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund through the payment method used for purchase within approximately 30 days.
