Our shipments are handled by the best express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane, to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Once the package has been carefully sealed, it will be shipped directly to your home. If the order is a gift, the tax receipt will be available in your customer area so that the surprise effect is not compromised.

If you need an invoice, enter the billing information in the order notes at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are. free in Italy with a minimum order of € 75.00, package weight less than 10 kg and products that do not require packaging other than standard packaging. For orders of less than € 75.00, the shipping cost is € 7,90.

  Yes, we offer free shipping within Italy for orders over €75. For orders under 75€, the shipping cost to Italy is 7.90€. Shipping to Europe costs from 14.90€.

  Of course, it is not mandatory to register to place an order. You can simply enter the necessary information for payment and delivery. However, registering gives you benefits such as a faster purchasing process, managing a wish list, and tracking future orders. Please note that orders placed without registration will not be visible in your account section if you decide to register later.

• How can I check the shipping status of my order?

  You will receive a confirmation email with shipment details, including the ability to track it, once your order has left our warehouse. You will then be able to track your package directly on the courier's website.

• How can I return a product?

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 business days of the delivery date. Simply fill out the request form in your account, selecting "Returns" as the subject. Once your request has been approved by our customer service department, you can ship the product to the address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product meets the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund through the payment method used for purchase within approximately 30 days.
