Ingredients:
Main ingredients: Sicilian almonds, sugar and organic Modica PGI dark chocolate. The latter, in particular, has an intense flavour thanks to the presence of mascobado sugar and bitter cocoa paste from Ecuador, Nacional fino de aroma variety, with a minimum cocoa percentage of 70%.
Other ingredients: wheat flour and wheat starch give the preparation a soft and airy consistency. Fresh eggs, in addition to binding the ingredients, enrich the flavor. Sorbitol and multi-flower honey were used to sweeten, while cinnamon and aromas give a spicy touch. Finally, disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate and corn starch act as leavening agents, making the dough light and fluffy.
