However, registering gives you benefits such as a faster purchasing process, managing a wish list, and tracking future orders. Please note that orders placed without registration will not be visible in your account section if you decide to register later.

  You will receive a confirmation email with shipment details, including the ability to track it, once your order has left our warehouse. You will then be able to track your package directly on the courier's website.

• How can I return a product?

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 business days of the delivery date. Simply fill out the request form in your account, selecting "Returns" as the subject. Once your request has been approved by our customer service department, you can ship the product to the address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product meets the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund through the payment method used for purchase within approximately 30 days.
