Fiasconaro's Sicilian Nougat Almonds and Pistachios is an artisanal dessert that combines the tradition of Castelbuono's master nougat makers with Sicily's excellent raw materials. Slow, low-temperature processing guarantees a soft texture in which the millefiori honey and egg white blend perfectly with the sweetness of the almonds and the spicy note of the pistachios.
Le Sicilian almonds (43.8 percent) are carefully roasted to keep their fragrance intact, while the pistachios (3.8 percent) are chosen from the best local varieties to enhance the flavor contrast. The honey from Sicily (11.9 percent) imparts a velvety softness typical of soft nougat, supported by glucose syrup. A light natural vanilla aroma enriches the olfactory profile, turning each bite into a warm and enveloping experience.
Packaged in a 150 g stick and protected by a layer of wafer (potato starch and water), this nougat is perfect as a gourmet gift during the holidays or as a fine thought on any special occasion.
