A Story of Tradition and Passion
Sugo alla Norma has its roots in a fascinating story: according to tradition, a Catanian chef, after the first performance of the opera "Norma" by maestro Bellini, hosted the maestro and the artists for an improvised dinner.
With just a few ingredients at his disposal, he prepared a simple pasta with tomato sauce, fried aubergines and a sprinkling of salted ricotta.
Norma Sauce
In our version, salted ricotta is added at the moment to preserve its freshness. We use aubergines grown in our Ragusa countryside,
fried without pre-cooking, thus ensuring the highest quality. We do not use preservatives or thickeners, ensuring a genuine and natural product.

Our shipments are handled by the best express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane, to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
Once the package has been carefully sealed, it will be shipped directly to your home. If the order is a gift, the tax receipt will be available in your customer area so as not to compromise the surprise effect.
If you need an invoice, you can enter the billing information in the order notes at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are. free at Italy with a minimum order of €75.00, package weight less than 10 kg and products that do not require packaging other than standard packaging.
For orders of less than €75, the shipping cost is €7.90.
For shipments to theEurope, the shipping cost is:

- €9.90 for orders of €75.00 to €100.00
- €18.90 for orders from €100.01-€124.99
- €19.90 for orders from €125.00-€200.00
- €25.90 for orders from €200.01 €-300.00
