One Tree Planted is a non-profit organization that is therefore dedicated to global reforestation, making it simple for anyone who helps to protect the environment by planting trees. In collaboration with this initiative, Sicilus is pleased to present the "Plant a tree with your order" program.

A global commitment

One Tree Planted is an official partner of "A decade on Ecosystem Restoration", a United Nations Program for the environment and the United Nations Organization for Food and Agriculture. Thanks to this synergy, we can therefore restore forests, create habitats for biodiversity and have a positive impact on society all over the world.

How can you help

With only 1 euro, you can contribute, in this way, to the planting of a tree. Since One Tree Planted started his business in 2014, the number of trees planted every year is, without a doubt, more than doubled. Today we collaborate with partners in over 80 countries, planting trees and contributing to a fundamental cause.

Since 2014, over 92 million trees have been planted, of which about 52 million only in 2022, and the number continues, therefore, to grow every year. One Tree Planted is already making the difference, but we want to make more with you!

Shipping and delivery of orders

Shipping courier

Our shipments are managed by the best Espresso couriers, including Fedex/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane, to ensure that your orders will arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Once the package has been carefully sealed, it will be sent directly to your home. If the order is a gift, the tax receipt will be available in your customer area, so as not to compromise the surprise effect.

If you need an invoice, enter the billing data in the order notes at the time of purchase.

Sicilus is committed to sustainability, using highly innovative and respectful packaging materials of the environment, favoring the use of recycled materials to reduce the ecological impact.

Delivery times

We process each order within 2-3 working days. Shipments start from Monday to Friday and, except for unexpected events, arrive in 48-72 hours in Italy and 4/5 days in the rest of Europe. During peak periods - holidays, special promotions or extraordinary events - couriers could take longer: any delays, therefore, are not attributable to SiciLussrl.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are Free in Italy With a minimum order of € 75.00, the weight of the package of less than 10 kg and products that do not require packaging other than standard ones. For orders of less than € 75.00, the shipping cost is € 7,90.

  Yes, we offer free shipping in Italy for orders greater than € 75. For orders lower than € 75, the shipping cost in Italy is € 7.90. Shipments to Europe have a cost starting from € 14.90.

• Is it possible to place an order without registration on the site?

  Of course, it is not mandatory to register to place an order. You can simply enter the information necessary for payment and delivery. However, registration offers you advantages such as a faster purchase process, the management of a wish list and the monitoring of future orders. Keep in mind that the orders made without registration will not be visible in the section of your account if you decide to register later.

• How can I check the shipping status of my order?

  You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the shipment, including the possibility of tracing it, once your order has left our warehouse. So you can monitor your package directly on the courier website.

• How can I return a product?

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 working days from the delivery date. Just fill in the request form in your account, selecting "rendered" as a topic. Once the request from our customer service is approved, you can send the product to the address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product responds to the terms and conditions, you will receive a refund through the payment method used for purchase within about 30 days.

• What are the available payment methods and are safe?

  On Sicilus you can pay safely using different ways: credit card, bank transfer, Klarna, Paypal and cash on delivery.
