Once the package has been carefully sealed, it will be shipped directly to your home. If the order is a gift, the tax receipt will be available in your customer area so that the surprise effect is not compromised.

Simply fill out the request form in your account, selecting "Returns" as the subject. Once your request has been approved by our customer service department, you can ship the product to the address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product meets the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund through the payment method used for purchase within approximately 30 days.
