the result of 15 years of analysis and microvinification, he thus creates, from 3 Crù di Nero d'Avola, a "cru of crus" that captures, in effect, all the nuances of this versatile vine, while at the same time best expressing the richness of the Sicilian terroir.

Winemaking Process
The harvest is done manually, from the first to the last ten days of September. Subsequently, the fermentation lasts 14 days at controlled temperatures of 24°-26°C.
