What is manna?
La manna is a sweet, resinous substance obtained by incising the bark of ash trees found in the Madonie Park in Sicily. During the summer, the sap that comes out of the incisions solidifies in contact with the air, forming white or yellowish stalactites. This natural product, also known as "nectar of the gods," is prized for its sweetening and health-beneficial properties.
Main characteristics
- Selected ingredients: The dove is enriched with gianduja chocolate, without raisins and candied fruit, for a balanced and delicate taste.
- Refined covering: Covered with a white chocolate glaze and decorated with mannetti, small fragments of manna, which add a crisp, sweet note.
- Manna cream included: The package includes a jar of manna cream for spreading and a Fiasconaro signature spatula to further enhance the unique flavor of this product.
- Natural Leavening: Prepared with sourdough starter, which ensures a soft texture and increased digestibility.
- Artisanal packaging: Each dove is packaged by hand, reflecting the attention and care typical of the Sicilian pastry tradition.
Ingredients
Colomba: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, gianduja chocolate, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), honey from Sicily, inverted sugar, mannetti (mannitol, manna 30%), manna paste (glucose-fructose syrup, purified manna powder 25%, flavoring), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skim milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of other nuts.
Manna cream: Vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), white cane sugar, mannite powder with manna 13.5 percent (mannite, manna 30 percent), maltitol, skim milk powder, hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), milk protein, low-fat cocoa powder, safflower powder extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavors. May contain traces of other nuts and/or lupine.

Our shipments are handled by the best express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane, to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
Once the package has been carefully sealed, it will be shipped directly to your home. If the order is a gift, the tax receipt will be available in your customer area so as not to compromise the surprise effect.
If you need an invoice, you can enter the billing information in the order notes at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are. free at Italy with a minimum order of €75.00, package weight less than 10 kg and products that do not require packaging other than standard packaging.
For orders of less than €75, the shipping cost is €7.90.
For shipments to theEurope, the shipping cost is:

- €9.90 for orders of €75.00 to €100.00
- €18.90 for orders from €100.01-€124.99
- €19.90 for orders from €125.00-€200.00
- €25.90 for orders from €200.01 €-300.00
