• 150 g of sugar
• 3 eggs

• 1 sachet of baking powder
• The grated zest of an orange
• Milk to taste

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and yeast.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the grated zest of an orange.
3. Melt the butter and add it to the eggs, mixing well.
4. Then, combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and add a little milk to obtain a soft and creamy mixture.
5. Pour half of the mixture into a greased and floured pan.
