Ingredients for the shortcrust pastry:
- 250g flour
- 125g cold butter
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
- 150g Fiasconaro lemon marmalade
- 2 untreated lemons
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
- Add the cold butter cut into cubes and mix until sandy.
- Add the egg and knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the lemons and obtain the grated zest.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a base of baking paper and lay it inside a tart pan.
- Pour the Fiasconaro lemon marmalade inside the tart and level well.
- Sprinkle the grated lemon zest on top of the marmalade.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the tart is golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool before serving.

Shipping costs are. free at Italy with a minimum order of €75.00, package weight less than 10 kg and products that do not require packaging other than standard packaging.
For orders of less than €75, the shipping cost is €7.90.
For shipments to theEurope, the shipping cost is:
- €14.90 for orders from 0 to €-74.99
- €9.90 for orders of €75.00 to €100.00
- €18.90 for orders from €100.01-€124.99
- €19.90 for orders from €125.00-€200.00
- €25.90 for orders from €200.01 €-300.00

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Italy for orders over €75. For orders under 75€, the shipping cost to Italy is 7.90€. Shipping to Europe costs from 14.90€.

How can I return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 business days of the delivery date. Simply fill out the request form in your account, selecting "Returns" as the subject. Once your request has been approved by our customer service department, you can ship the product to the address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product meets the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund through the payment method used for purchase within approximately 30 days.
