As black as the Sicilian chocolate sprinkles inside, this Fiasconaro Chocolate and Strawberries Panettone , naturally leavened, is sublime in its double glaze: the dark chocolate envelops the delicate Sicilian wild strawberry jam.

Presented in an elegant black box, the Fiasconaro Chocolate and Strawberry Panettone is free of raisins and candied fruit, but enriched with chocolate chips and wild strawberries. In addition, it is accompanied by a jar of Fiasconaro chocolate cream to spread on the panettone and a signature Fiasconaro spreader (a useful knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream on the panettone).

PANETTONE: wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, Modica chocolate chips (7 percent) (cocoa mass, brown sugar), yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), strawberry granules (2.3 percent) (fruit (strawberry juice, strawberry puree, apple puree, cherry juice), sugar, fructose syrup, rice flour, gelling agents: pectin, cocoa butter, acidity correctors: citric acid , natural flavors), wild strawberry puree (1.5%) (wild strawberry(70%), sugar, glugose syrup, acidulant :cyclic acid, concentrated lemon juice, flavors), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier:mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavors: vanilla bean.

COVER: extra wild strawberry jam (6.5 percent), (wild strawberry (66 percent), sugar, lemon juice); Dark couverture (9 percent), (vegetable fat(palm kernel, coconut), sugar, low-fat cocoa 10-12 percent cocoa butter, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavors); Modica chocolate beans (2 percent). May contain traces of nuts.

CHOCOLATE CREAM (180g jar): hazelnut (Corylus avellana), chocolate (26%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa minimum 70%), cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of other nuts, milk and soy.
