Origin and Peculiarities of the Production Area.

This oil originates in the Belice Valley, an area of western Sicily famous for sandy soils and a Mediterranean climate, ideal conditions for the cultivation of Nocellara del Belice.

The PDO "Nocellara del Belice" specification covers the municipalities of Castelvetrano, Campobello di Mazara and Partanna, guaranteeing olives of the highest quality and complete traceability.

The cultivar Nocellara del Belice is prized for its large drupes and full-bodied flavor: used in purity, it gives Lorenzo No. 5 a distinctive and unmistakable character.

Organoleptic Characteristics.

On the nose, it releases a faint scent of fresh olive and herbaceous tones; on the palate, there is a medium-sweet fruitiness, with velvety and persistently soft sensations.

History and Tradition

Produced by a historic family of olive millers in Custonaci, Lorenzo N°5 combines traditional techniques - stone roller crushing and natural decantation - with innovation in the experimental mill.

Ideal in pastries to enrich brioche and leavened cakes, perfect on fish dishes, carpaccio and raw vegetables to enhance its sweetness and delicacy.
