Dough: Wheat flour type 00, sugar, skim milk powder, natural sourdough starter (wheat), salt, ascorbic acid, semi-candied Mela Annurca IGP apple, butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from free-range chickens, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, Madagascar vanilla pods.
Outer frosting: White chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats [palm, coconut], skim milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring), lemon peel.
Filling: Limoncello cream (lemon essential oil, natural flavors, alcohol, water, sugar, thickener: starch).
May contain traces of peanuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts and mustard. It is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry place. The expiration date is 3 months from the date of production.
