- Crunchy almond glaze: The surface is covered with an almond glaze, prepared with sugar, egg white and almond flour, and decorated with whole almonds, offering a pleasant crunch in every bite.

Dough: Type 0 wheat flour, egg yolk from free-range chickens, butter, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, natural sourdough starter (wheat), salt, Madagascar vanilla pods, Sicilian orange candied fruit.
Icing: Sugar, egg white, almond flour, whole almonds.
Allergens and storage
May contain traces of eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy and mustard. It is recommended that the product be stored in a cool, dry place. The expiration date is 3 months from the date of production.
