It's a artisanal dove naturally leavened, without raisins and candied fruit, but with Sicilian chocolate chips and strawberries from Bosco di Ribera (AG), covered with a dark cocoa glaze.
Also includes a jar of Fiasconaro Sicilian Chocolate cream to spread and a Fiasconaro Spalmino (a useful knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream).

Dove: Flour grain tender, butter, Modica chocolate (10%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar), sugar, egg fresh, low-fat cocoa covering (10%) (sugar, vegetable fats (coconut, cocoa butter), low-fat cocoa powder (8%), emulsifier: lecithin soy; flavourings), extra wild strawberry jam (9%) (wild strawberry (110 g of fruit per 100 g), sugar, lemon juice), egg yolk egg fresh, natural yeast (contains flour grain), strawberry granules (2%) (fruit (strawberry juice, strawberry puree, apple puree, cherry juice), sugar, fructose syrup, rice flour, gelling agents: pectin; cocoa butter, acidity: citric acid; natural flavourings), wild strawberry puree (1%) (wild strawberry (70%), sugar, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid, concentrated lemon juice; flavourings), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of dried nuts.
Chocolate cream: Hazelnut (Corylus avellana), Sicilian chocolate (26%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa: 70% min), cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts, milk and soya.
