 These delicious desserts are made with blanched almonds (50% min.), sugar, fresh pasteurized egg whites, honey, and a touch of PASSITO fortified wine (3% min.). The addition of mandarin peel (0.5% min.) and Sicilian orange peel (0.5% min.) gives a unique and unmistakable aroma.
