The delicate veins of Modica IGP chocolate with citrus fruits (min. 12 percent) marry with candied orange peel, while fior di latte butter enriches the crumb with a creamy flavor. Each panettone is accompanied by a citrus-flavored chocolate cream from Modica in sac à poche (200 g), perfect for filling the slices and making the experience even more mouthwatering. Packaged in a Peluso signature box or tin, it makes a fine gift for the holidays or to celebrate any special occasion.
Panettone Ingredients: Wheat flour type 00, dairy butter (16 %), sugar, Modica IGP citrus chocolate (min. 12 %, 60 % cocoa), semi-candied berries (8 %), fresh egg yolk, freeze-dried sourdough starter, emulsifier (E471), salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, vanillin, natural flavors; dark chocolate garnish (8 %) and milk chocolate glaze (2 %). May contain traces of pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, soy and gluten.
