Ingredients
Panettone: Wheat flour type 0; butter and liquid butter; egg yolk from free-range chickens; sugar; honey; fructose; natural sourdough starter (wheat); mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); salt; natural enzymes; Madagascar vanilla bean; natural flavors; ascorbic acid.
Dark chocolate coating: cocoa paste; sugar; concentrated butter (99.8%); cocoa butter; emulsifier (soy lecithin); natural vanilla extract; powdered Modica chocolate; 18-karat food-grade gold leaf.
Modica chocolate cream (200 g): sugar; vegetable oils (sunflower); low-fat cocoa powder; Modica IGP chocolate 20% (cocoa paste 60% min, sugar); emulsifier (sunflower lecithin E322); natural vanilla flavor.
