The Calypso Panettone Peluso combines Sicilian artisan tradition with premium ingredients: a soft dough, the result of 36 hours of natural leavening with sourdough starter, fior di latte butter, and a triumph of pistachios and Modica PGI chocolate. The 1 kg package also includes a 200 g piping bag of pistachio cream, ready to fill slices already laden with delicious chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.

• Pistachio cream in piping bag (200 g), made with 15% pistachios and natural flavors, for a final touch of pure deliciousness.

Main ingredients
Type 00 soft wheat flour, dairy butter (16%), Modica PGI pistachio chocolate (12% min.), sugar, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, freeze-dried sourdough starter, emulsifier (E471), salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, vanillin, and flavorings. Pistachio coating (10% min.) with pure pistachio paste (15% min.), vegetable fats, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and flavorings. Pistachio grains (1.5%).
Pistachio cream (pastry bag): sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, palm), pistachio 15%, skimmed milk powder 10%, whey, lactose, emulsifier (E322), natural flavouring.

May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, soy and cereal flours.
