The Calypso Panettone by Peluso combines traditional Sicilian craftsmanship with excellent ingredients: a soft dough, the result of 36 hours of natural leavening with mother yeast, "fior di latte" butter and a triumph of pistachios and Modica IGP chocolate. In addition, the 1 kg package includes a 200 g sac à poche of pistachio cream ready to fill slices already filled with mouth-watering chocolate chunks and pistachio grains.

Main ingredients
Wheat flour type 00, dairy butter (16 %), Modica IGP pistachio chocolate (12 % min.), sugar, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, freeze-dried sourdough starter, emulsifier (E471), salt, skim milk powder, dextrose, vanillin and flavorings. Pistachio coating (10 percent min.) with pure pistachio paste (15 percent min.), vegetable fat, skim milk powder, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin and flavorings. Pistachio granules (1.5 %).
Pistachio cream (sac à poche): sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, palm), pistachio 15 %, skim milk powder 10 %, whey, lactose, emulsifier (E322), natural flavor.
May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, soy and cereal flours.
