Sicilian nougat blossom with orange • Fiasconaro (150 g)
The Sicilian nougat with Fiasconaro orange is a artisan dessert produced in the heart of Castelbuono (PA) according to the ancient recipe of the Sicilian tower masters. Thanks to the slow and manual processing, each stick gives an unparalleled softness: the nougat is gently melted in the mouth, while the candied orange and the white chocolate offer a citrus note that perfectly balances the sweetness of almonds and honey.
The Almonds of Sicily (35 %) and i pistachios (3 %) are carefully toasted to keep their perfume intact, therefore united to Millefiori honey of Sicily (9.5 %) and a glucose syrup that ensures the typical consistency of soft nougat. The coverage is made with a white orange chocolate (min. 20 %) flavored with orange peel and natural vanilla, while a thin layer of neutral ostia (potato starch and water) separates the nougat from the package to preserve its aroma and freshness. Each 150 g stick arrives in a rigid box with an elegant design, perfect for a refined gift during the holidays or for a special thought at any time of the year.
