Sicilian Orange Nougat Stick - Fiasconaro (150 g)
Fiasconaro's Torrone Siciliano all'Arancia (Sicilian Orange Nougat) is an artisanal dessert produced in the heart of Castelbuono (PA) according to the ancient recipe of Sicilian master nougat makers. Thanks to slow, manual processing, each stick gives an unparalleled softness: the nougat delicately melts in the mouth, while the candied orange and white chocolate offer a citrus note that perfectly balances the sweetness of the almonds and honey.
Le Sicilian almonds (35 percent) and the pistachios (3 %) are carefully roasted to keep their fragrance intact, then combined with Sicilian wildflower honey (9.5 percent) and a glucose syrup that ensures the typical texture of soft nougat. The covering is made with a orange-flavored white chocolate (min. 20 percent) flavored with orange peel and natural vanilla, while a thin layer of neutral wafer (potato starch and water) separates the nougat from the wrapper to preserve its aroma and freshness. Each 150 g stick arrives in an elegantly designed hard box, perfect for a fine gift during the holidays or for a special thought at any time of the year.
