Peluso panettone, weighing 1 kg, are packaged in elegant colored boxes or in tins. Furthermore, they are accompanied by a practical envelope (excluding the color line).
Every detail of the packaging is carefully curated to enhance the importance of this artisanal dessert, making it ideal as a refined gift.
This product line is distinguished by a special natural leavening, which involves a very long fermentation process of 36 hours.
In fact, this technique has its roots in the “mother,” a nucleus of fermented dough, to which water and flour are gradually added.
This ancient process, still used today with the same rhythm and skill, is handed down from generation to generation and, without the addition of preservatives, guarantees a surprisingly long shelf-life and high organoleptic characteristics.
The history of Peluso begins in 1964 with a small artisan workshop in Modica, a true pearl of the Sicilian territory.
The unshakeable faith in the ancient confectionery traditions, intertwined with the love for the flavours of our beloved Sicily and the respect for the rhythms of nature, continues to be, today as then,
