Born in the splendid setting of the Iblei Mountains, it undoubtedly represents the olive-growing excellence of eastern Sicily, a territory rich in history and tradition.

Precious Cultivar

This oil is the result of a careful blend, in which the Tonda Iblea cultivar (90%) dominates, renowned for its peculiar aroma and flavour characteristics.

To this is added, then, 10% Moresca, which gives a touch of complexity and depth to the taste profile, making every drop a unique experience.

Manual Harvest

The manual harvest, also known as "brucatura", is carried out by hand with great care, respecting the integrity of the olives. This method, therefore, preserves all the organoleptic properties, guaranteeing a superior quality extra virgin olive oil, which embodies the passion and dedication of Sicilian olive growers.

Extraction and Filtering

The oil extraction takes place, therefore, through a continuous cycle plant within 24 hours of harvesting. Subsequently, filtering through natural cloths allows the original characteristics of the oil to be maintained unaltered, offering a final product that is pure and rich in flavor.
