Our shipments are handled by the best express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane, to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Once the package has been carefully sealed, it will be shipped directly to your home. If the order is a gift, the tax receipt will be available in your customer area so as not to compromise the surprise effect.

If you need an invoice, you can enter the billing information in the order notes at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

Shipments are made Monday through Friday, with courier delivery times estimated between 48 and 72 hours. However, during particular times of the year, such as holidays, special promotions, or extraordinary events, our logistics partners may not be able to guarantee adherence to estimated delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are. free at Italy with a minimum order of €75.00, package weight less than 10 kg and products that do not require packaging other than standard packaging.

For orders of less than €75, the shipping cost is €7.90.

For shipments to theEurope, the shipping cost is:

  • €14.90 for orders from 0 to €-74.99
  • €9.90 for orders of €75.00 to €100.00 
  • €18.90 for orders from €100.01-€124.99
  • €19.90 for orders from €125.00-€200.00 
  • €25.90 for orders from €200.01 €-300.00 

 

NB. For special packages, such as gift baskets on pallets, or for total weight over 50Kg, shipments will be quoted separately

    Yes, we offer free shipping within Italy for orders over €75. For orders under 75€, the shipping cost to Italy is 7.90€. Shipping to Europe costs from 14.90€.

    Of course, it is not mandatory to register to place an order. You can simply enter the necessary information for payment and delivery. However, registering gives you benefits such as a faster purchasing process, managing a wish list, and tracking future orders. Please note that orders placed without registration will not be visible in your account section if you decide to register later.

  • How can I check the shipping status of my order?

    You will receive a confirmation email with shipment details, including the ability to track it, once your order has left our warehouse. You will then be able to track your package directly on the courier's website.

  • How can I return a product?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 business days of the delivery date. Simply fill out the request form in your account, selecting "Returns" as the subject. Once your request has been approved by our customer service department, you can ship the product to the address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product meets the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund through the payment method used for purchase within approximately 30 days.

    On Sicilus you can pay securely using several methods: credit card, bank transfer, Klarna, PayPal and cash on delivery.
