Courier for shipments

Shipments are made via the best express couriers (FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT, Poste Italiane).

Once sealed, the package is shipped directly to your home! If it is a gift, the tax receipt will be available directly in your customer area.

If an invoice is required, you can enter your billing information in the order notes.

The materials used for packaging are highly innovative and sustainable, favoring recycled materials.

The packaging used to transport fresh products contains a special cooling gel which preserves their organoleptic characteristics and protects them from possible temperature changes.

 

Delivery time

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday and delivery takes 2 to 5 working days for shipments to Italy. However, in particular periods of the year (around holidays and on the occasion of special promotions or extraordinary events), our logistics partners may not guarantee correct fulfillment within the times indicated.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are free in Italy with a minimum order of €75.00, package weight of less than 15kg and products that do not require packaging other than standard packaging.

For orders of less than 75 euros the shipping cost is €7.90.

For shipments toEurope, the shipping cost is:

  • €19.90 for orders from €0.01–74.99
  • €9.90 for orders from €75.00–€100.00 
  • €14.90 for orders from €100.01–€124.99
  • €19.90 for orders from €125.00–€200.00 
  • €25.90 for orders from €200.01–€300.00 

 

NB. For special packages, for example gift baskets on pallets, or for a total weight exceeding 50kg, shipments will be quoted separately

Once you have received approval from our customer service team, you will be able to ship the product(s) to the warehouse address provided in the authorization email. After a quality check at our warehouse, and if the product(s) meets the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund via the payment method you used for purchase within approximately 30 days
